As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the attentive and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. the clean and comfortable rooms, with daily cleaning service, made our stay a pleasant one. the central location was ideal for exploring the city center.

such wonderful experience, thank you. the location is top and quiet near to the citadel, the main tourist hub, and the tourist area, and the rooms are airy. the beds are comfortable, i loved them. the place is 10 minutes walk to xeco coffee & pub.

I really enjoyed the lovely decoration of the hotel. It had a cozy and charming atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate and relax. I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. The staff was always available to assist me and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for senior guests.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance specifically tailored for senior people.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a mind-blowing selection from a large menu and they even let us customize a couple of items! The staff were super friendly and helped us plan out our activities, including an epic adventure on the Hai Van Pass. The location is ideal, close to delicious restaurants and within walking distance of all the jaw-dropping sights. The reception was welcoming and offered great services. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had helpful amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and had excellent English skills. They even helped us arrange motorbike hire for an efficient and great price. Plus, they gave us a good welcome with a refreshing drink on arrival. our stay was simply perfect and definitely exceeded our expectations!

All in all, it is unique base for staying in Hue. The apartment is in a peaceful location to the citadel Hue.

The bathroom here is poor.

When my husband fell ill, they recommended a great place for take-away dinner and even helped us arrange transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.
